Our judgment on the river system is that it is in a pretty poor condition. Its
condition could be at an all time low. The water is in poor condition, crops
are dying and wildlife is suffering. Natural disasters such as the drought and
floods add to the damage. As us humans, we could also help. We could improve the
way we use the river system.
This
is what we need to do:·We
need to save a lot of water at home.·Return
back 4000GL of water to the river.·Flush
2 million tonnes of salt out through the Murray Mouth every year.·Reduce
pollution through the whole area.
